What some have said about our training:

I really enjoyed the mediation training - thorough, good pace,
knowledgeable instructors, yet still approachable and
interactive. I look forward to taking the next steps.

B. Wainwright
Division Manager, Xerox

Simply one of the best trainings I've ever had.
B. Neal, U.S. Dept. of Justice

The corporate structure is all about relationships. It is about people working with people. 50% of the time employees are engaged in conflict. Managers and Team Leaders need to be trained in Mediation. CCDS' training program is one of the best I have ever attended. I learned more about understanding people and their motivation in those three days than I have in the last ten years.
S. Becker, Area Manager, AT&T
