Community Youth Courts

​At the request of the Pleasanton Court, CCDS developed the Tri Valley Youth Court.  The Youth Court opened its doors in January 2008.  Since then, CCDS has continued to offer restorative justice solutions to middle and high school students who are first time offenders of misdemeanor or lesser crimes by opening more youth courts (Castro Valley Youth Court and San Leandro Youth Forum) under the name Community Youth Courts.
